Method Statement: Torch-Applied Membrane Roof Waterproofing
Method statement PS-MS-01: PetroGrip APP/SBS torch-applied membranes on concrete roofs and podiums, covering priming, laps, upstands and flood test.
This method statement covers waterproofing of concrete roof slabs, terraces and podiums with PetroGrip APP or SBS torch-applied membranes, including single-ply and two-ply systems, upstands, outlets, penetrations, flood testing and protection.
It sets out hold points, acceptance criteria and the records to hand over, so consultants can approve it as a submittal alongside the PetroGrip datasheets.
